This Privacy Policy explains how FixCore ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the FixCore website, desktop application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
Account & Discord information
When you sign in with Discord, we receive information from Discord via OAuth, including your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and — where the guilds.members.read scope is granted — your membership and role information within the FixCore Discord server. We use role information to determine whether you have access to gated features, such as the download page.
Purchase information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. We receive limited purchase information from Stripe (such as transaction status and amount) to issue and validate license keys linked to your Discord account.
License keys and license status
We store license keys, their redemption status, and their association with your Discord account so we can grant or revoke access to premium features.
Technical & usage data
The desktop App may collect information about your system needed to perform optimization and repair functions (for example, Windows version, hardware details, startup entries, and installed games it manages). Where the App performs a scan, this is described in the App as running locally on your PC; scan results are not sent to us unless the feature explicitly requires an online action (such as license verification).
Cookies & local storage
The website may use cookies or local storage to keep you signed in, remember cart contents, and support basic site functionality.
2. How We Use Information
- To authenticate you and maintain your session.
- To verify Discord role membership and unlock gated content such as the download page.
- To process purchases, issue license keys, and grant the associated Discord role.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App's features (scanning, tweaks, fix & repair, performance tools, game boost, networking tools, debloating, and system restore assistance).
- To communicate with you about your account, purchase, or support requests.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or unauthorized circumvention of license checks.
3. Information We Share

We retain account, license, and purchase information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account data as described in Section 7.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
7. Your Choices & Rights
- You can revoke FixCore's access to your Discord account at any time via your Discord privacy/connection settings.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us through Support.
- Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law (such as GDPR or CCPA), including the right to object to or restrict certain processing.
8. International Users
The Service may be hosted and processed in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of information to such locations.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
