Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FixCore (the "App"), the FixCore website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by FixCore ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. The Service

FixCore is a Windows PC optimization and tweaking application that provides tools such as PC scanning, general tweaks, fix & repair utilities, performance and BIOS optimization guidance, graphics tweaks, game boost, game library management, networking tools, startup app management, debloating, and system restore assistance. Some features require signing in with Discord and may be gated behind a purchased license key.

3. Accounts and Discord Sign-In

To access certain features, you must authenticate via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord account and for all activity that occurs through your authenticated session. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. Purchases and License Keys

Certain features of the Service require a paid purchase processed through Stripe. Purchases may be redeemed via a license key linked to your Discord account, which may grant a role in our Discord server unlocking access to premium downloads and features.

• All purchases are final except as required by law or as described in our refund policy.
• License keys are personal to your account and may not be resold, shared, or transferred without our consent.
• We reserve the right to revoke access obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized means.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent license verification, role-gating, or other access controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to harm, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems you do not own or have permission to modify.

6. System Changes and Risk

FixCore makes changes to Windows system settings, startup configurations, and other components of your device. While we design these tools to be safe, modifying system settings always carries inherent risk. You use the Service at your own risk. We strongly recommend creating a system restore point or backup before applying tweaks. We are not liable for data loss, system instability, or hardware issues resulting from use of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by FixCore and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIXCORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR SYSTEM FUNCTIONALITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
